Field-based Sales Executive for the Dubai branch, focused on growing containerized shipping services and the client base.
Responsibilities
- Find business opportunities through networking, cold calling, and industry events.
- Build client relationships, understand logistics needs, and offer tailored solutions.
- Develop and execute sales plans for new and existing clients and meet revenue targets.
- Research industry trends, competitors, and customer needs to inform sales strategies.
- Negotiate customer and carrier contracts and rates while maintaining profitability.
- Coordinate with operations and customs teams on shipments from origin to destination.
- Win NVOCC and freight-forwarding business and maintain key UAE clients.
Requirements
- At least two years of proven logistics sales experience.
- NVOCC experience is required; one listing also labels it preferred.
- Any degree.
- Knowledge of freight forwarding, ocean freight, and container logistics.
- Strong communication and persuasion skills and ability to identify customer needs and offer suitable solutions.
- Willingness to work in Dubai in a field-based role.
Pay
- AED 2,500–4,500 per month.
