Beeline Shipping LLC seeks a field-based Business Development Executive for its Dubai branch.
The role focuses on expanding the client base and promoting containerized shipping services.
Responsibilities
- Identify and pursue opportunities through networking, cold calling, and industry events.
- Build client relationships, understand logistics needs, and provide tailored solutions.
- Develop and execute sales plans for revenue growth across new and existing clients.
- Research industry trends, competitors, and customer needs to inform strategies.
- Negotiate customer and carrier contracts and rates while protecting profitability.
- Coordinate with operations and customs teams on shipment execution from origin to destination.
- Win business for NVOCC and freight forwarding services and maintain key UAE clients.
Requirements
- At least 2 years of proven logistics sales experience; NVOCC experience is preferred in this statement.
- NVOCC experience is also explicitly listed as required, with 1 year specified in the experience section.
- Any degree.
- Knowledge of freight forwarding, ocean freight, and container logistics.
- Strong communication and persuasion skills; able to understand customer needs and offer solutions.
- Willingness to work in Dubai in a field-based role.
Pay
- Pay is AED 2,500–4,500 per month.
