Sales Executive - Logistics
The employer is seeking a results-driven sales executive with logistics and shipping sales experience.
The role focuses on generating leads and building long-term customer relationships.
Responsibilities
- Generate new business through cold calling, networking, and prospecting.
- Identify customer needs and explain shipping and logistics solutions.
- Conduct market research, develop customer accounts, and qualify prospects.
- Build and maintain client relationships; negotiate pricing and close sales.
- Analyze customer requirements and provide customized logistics solutions.
- Track sales activities and maintain reports using Salesforce or CRM tools.
- Collaborate with internal teams to support customer service and meet monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of experience in logistics or shipping sales.
- Strong interpersonal, negotiation, oral communication, and written communication skills.
- Ability to generate leads and convert prospects into clients.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities; knowledge of current marketing and sales trends.
- Proficiency in MS Office, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Salesforce or CRM software experience is preferred.
- Strong business acumen, understanding of sales processes, leadership qualities, and a target-oriented mindset.
- Arabic is required.
Compensation
- Pay is AED 3,000–6,000 per month.
