Role overview
Sales Executive role focused on logistics and shipping sales.
Work location is in person.
Key responsibilities
- Generate business through cold-calling, networking, and prospecting.
- Identify customer needs and explain shipping and logistics solutions.
- Research the market, develop customer accounts, and qualify prospects.
- Build client relationships, negotiate pricing, and close deals.
- Design customized logistics solutions based on customer requirements.
- Track sales activity and reports using Salesforce or CRM tools.
- Coordinate with internal teams and achieve monthly and quarterly targets.
Requirements
- At least 2 years of logistics or shipping sales experience.
- Strong interpersonal, negotiation, communication, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
- Ability to generate leads, convert prospects, and understand sales processes.
- Knowledge of current marketing and sales trends; strong business acumen and target orientation.
- Proficiency in MS Office, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Salesforce or CRM experience is preferred.
- Arabic is required.
Pay
- Pay is AED 3,000–6,000 per month.
