The role welcomes freshers and candidates with up to two years of sales or customer service experience.
Responsibilities
- Identify customers through calls, online enquiries, referrals, and field visits; promote cargo, freight, and shipping services.
- Understand shipment requirements and prepare quotations with pricing and operations teams.
- Convert enquiries into bookings, work toward monthly targets, and build repeat customer relationships.
- Coordinate bookings, share accurate customer details, track shipment updates, and respond to customer enquiries.
- Support payment follow-ups with accounts; maintain sales records and submit activity reports.
Requirements
- Freshers or candidates with up to two years of sales or customer service experience.
- Good communication and negotiation skills; confidence making sales calls and meeting customers.
- Willingness to learn cargo services, shipping procedures, and freight quotations.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel, email, and computer applications; ability to follow up, meet targets, and work in a team.
- Cargo, courier, freight forwarding, or logistics experience is an advantage; a UAE driving licence is an advantage.
Pay
- AED 3,000–3,500 per month.
