About This Role
Required Experience & Background
- Minimum **5–8 years of real estate experience in the UAE**
- At least **3–5 years focused on the luxury / high-end residential segment**
- Demonstrated track record in selling units valued at **AED 5 million and above**
- Previous experience with leading developers
Commercial Strength & Network
- Strong existing relationships with **Tier 1 luxury brokerage firms**
- Ability to **immediately activate and leverage an existing broker network**
- Proven experience in dealing with **HNWIs, international investors, and family offices**
- Must be capable of **generating business independently**, and not rely solely on company-generated leads
Personal & Professional Profile
- Fluent in **English** is mandatory
- Strong **communication, presentation, negotiation, and relationship management skills**
- Profile must be **relationship-driven, brand-oriented, and capable of selling vision and value rather than competing on price**
