Join our growing logistics team in Dubai.
Requirements
- Airfreight Sales Executive (Managers also considered)
- Minimum 5+ years of UAE experience in airfreight sales
- Strong client handling and business development skills
- Knowledge of airline operations and freight forwarding procedures
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain relationships with customers and overseas agents
- Generate new business opportunities and achieve monthly sales targets
- Handle day-to-day airfreight sales activities and customer inquiries
- Coordinate with operations teams to ensure smooth shipment handling
- Prepare quotations and follow up on customer requirements
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities
- Ensure high customer satisfaction and timely communication
- Handle cargo requirements including dangerous goods (DG) and perishable cargo
- Maintain accurate sales reports and pipeline updates
Preferred Skills
- Knowledge of dangerous goods and perishable cargo handling
- Good communication and negotiation skills
- ERP/CRM system knowledge will be an advantage
- Ability to work independently and under pressure
