Job Summary We are seeking an experienced FMCG Sales Executive with a strong background in rice and non-frozen food products within the Saudi Arabian market. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales growth, expanding market presence, and building strong relationships with distributors and key accounts. The candidate must currently be based in Saudi Arabia and have a deep understanding of local market dynamics.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve business targets in the Saudi market
- Manage and expand relationships with distributors, wholesalers, and modern trade accounts
- Identify new business opportunities and drive market penetration
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs
- Ensure proper product placement, visibility, and availability across outlets
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets
- Coordinate with internal teams for supply chain, pricing, and promotions
- Prepare sales reports and forecasts
Requirements
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience in FMCG sales, specifically in rice and non-frozen food products
- Strong knowledge of the Saudi Arabian FMCG market
- Existing network with distributors and retail channels is preferred
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to work independently and meet targets
- Valid driving license (preferred)
- Must be currently residing in Saudi Arabia
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
- Experience handling both traditional and modern trade channels
