We are currently seeking a Senior professional to join a growing legal team specializing in financial services, fintech, and regulatory matters.
Key Responsibilities
- Advise clients on financial services and fintech-related regulations.
- Support licensing, regulatory approvals, and compliance requirements.
- Provide legal guidance on digital payments, banking solutions, and innovative financial products.
- Draft, review, and negotiate commercial agreements.
- Assist clients with regulatory filings and interactions with authorities.
- Manage client matters independently and mentor junior team members.
Requirements
- Qualified lawyer with at least 5+ years of post-qualification experience.
- Background in fintech, payments, banking, financial services, or regulatory advisory work.
- Experience advising on regulated financial products and services.
