About The Role
We are seeking an experienced Senior Risk & Compliance Officer to join our client, a well-established and reputable investment company based in Dubai.
The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in risk management and compliance within the financial services and investment sector, coupled with a proactive, hands-on approach and a passion for continuous learning.
This role requires a commercially minded professional who can navigate complex regulatory environments, contribute to the enhancement of risk and compliance frameworks, and effectively engage with key stakeholders across the business.
Requirements
- Fluent in both English and Arabic (written and spoken) – mandatory.
- 8–10 years of experience in Risk, Compliance, Internal Audit, or related functions.
- Prior experience within financial services, investments, asset management, or a related sector is essential.
- Background with a Big 4 firm or management consulting organization is highly preferred.
- Strong knowledge of UAE regulatory requirements and practical experience dealing with the Capital Market Authority (CMA).
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
- A lateral thinker who is willing to take ownership, work hands-on, and adapt in a dynamic environment.
- Preferred Profile
- Strong understanding of risk management frameworks and compliance programs.
- Experience working in fast-paced, evolving organizations.
