Role Description
We are looking for a dynamic and
results-driven Sales Executive with experience in the printing press industry to join Printing Press team, one of the dynamic and fast growing in Middle East.
If you are passionate about sales, building strong client relationships, and closing deals, this opportunity is for you.
What You’ll Do
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through various sales channels
- Manage incoming client requests and convert leads into successful orders
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients
- Understand customer needs and provide tailored printing solutions
- Calculate order costs and coordinate with production teams to ensure smooth execution
- Oversee order processing across all production stages
- Negotiate pricing, contracts, and terms while ensuring company profitability
- Resolve client concerns and guide them through the entire purchasing process
- Provide ongoing support to clients and encourage repeat business
- Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and customer feedback
- Set and achieve sales targets, contributing to overall business growth
- Collaborate with marketing, product, and production teams to maximize opportunities
What We’re Looking For
- Minimum
- 2+ years of sales experience in the printing press industry or marketing or any sales experience with B2B experience
- (Experience in advertising agencies with in-house production is also acceptable)
- Fluent English (spoken and written)
- Strong negotiation and influencing skills
- Excellent numerical and analytical abilities
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and energetic personality
What We Offer
- AED 3,000 fixed salary + 25% commission
- Expected earnings for new joiner: AED 8,000 – 9,000+ per month
