Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and **target-driven Motor Insurance Sales Representative** to join our reputed insurance team in Qatar.
The ideal candidate will have proven experience in motor insurance sales, strong customer relationship management skills, and a solid understanding of the local insurance market.
The role involves generating new business opportunities, maintaining client relationships, achieving sales targets, and providing professional insurance solutions to both individual and corporate clients.
Sales & Business Development
- Promote and sell motor insurance products to individual and corporate customers.
- Identify and develop new business opportunities through direct sales, referrals, networking, and lead generation activities.
- Achieve monthly and annual sales targets set by the management.
- Conduct market research to identify potential clients and competitor activities.
- Build and maintain a strong customer database for ongoing business development.
Customer Relationship Management
- Develop long-term relationships with existing and prospective clients.
- Provide professional advice on suitable motor insurance products and coverage options.
- Handle customer inquiries promptly and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Maintain regular follow-up with clients for renewals, endorsements, and additional coverage opportunities.
Policy Processing & Coordination
- Assist customers with quotation preparation, policy issuance, renewals, and documentation.
- Coordinate with underwriting and claims departments to ensure smooth processing and resolution of customer requests.
- Ensure all required documents are collected and submitted accurately within timelines.
- Maintain updated records of sales activities, customer interactions, and policy information.
Compliance & Reporting
- Ensure compliance with company policies and insurance regulations.
- Prepare periodic sales reports and update management on pipeline status and business performance.
- Maintain confidentiality of customer and company information.
Mandatory Requirements
- Minimum experience in Motor Insurance Sales.
- Good knowledge of the Qatar insurance market and motor insurance products.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proven ability to achieve sales targets and generate new business.
- Bilingual proficiency in Arabic and English is mandatory.
- Valid QID with transferable visa preferred.

Education
- al Qualification
- Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Business Administration, Marketing, Insurance, or related field preferred.
- Relevant insurance certifications will be an added advantage.
Requirement
- **Minimum 2–5 years of experience in Motor Insurance Sales within the GCC market preferred.**
- Prior experience handling corporate and retail insurance clients is advantageous.

- **Customer satisfaction and service quality.**
- **Lead conversion ratio.**
Reporting Structure
**Reports To:** Sales Manager / Insurance Branch Manager
