Job Summary
We are seeking an **experienced and proactive Operations Manager – Pharmaceutical Operations** to oversee and manage the daily operations of our pharmaceutical business and branch network.
The ideal candidate will be an Arabic speaker with strong operational leadership experience in the pharmaceutical sector, capable of ensuring smooth business operations, regulatory compliance, operational efficiency, and branch performance optimization.
Operational Management
- Oversee and supervise the day-to-day operations of the pharmaceutical business and branch activities.
- Ensure seamless workflow across sales, logistics, inventory management, and customer service functions.
- Develop, implement, and continuously improve operational policies and procedures to enhance efficiency and productivity.
- Monitor operational performance and prepare regular reports for senior management.
- Ensure compliance with pharmaceutical regulations, company policies, and quality standards.
Branch Operations & Performance
- Manage branch operations to ensure achievement of operational and financial objectives.
- Monitor branch performance, employee productivity, and customer satisfaction levels.
- Coordinate with branch teams to maintain adequate stock availability and effective inventory control.
- Address operational challenges promptly and implement corrective actions where necessary.
Business Development & Client Relations
- Identify new business opportunities and support strategies to expand market presence and business growth.
- Build and maintain strong professional relationships with healthcare institutions, pharmacies, distributors, and key clients.
Team Leadership & Development
- Lead, motivate, and manage branch and operational teams to ensure high performance.
- Conduct staff performance evaluations and provide ongoing training and development support.
- Foster a collaborative and performance-driven work environment.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Pharmacy, Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.
- Proven experience in pharmaceutical operations or branch management.
- Strong understanding of pharmaceutical regulations, inventory management, and operational processes.
- Excellent leadership, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities.
- Arabic language proficiency is mandatory due to the nature of the role.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and operational reporting systems.
Preferred Skills
- Experience managing multiple branches or large-scale pharmaceutical operations.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and target-driven environment.
- Strong analytical and decision-making capabilities.
- Pay: ﷼15,000.00 - ﷼20,000.00 per hour
