One of the leading and fastest-growing restaurant groups in Oman is looking to hire 40 experienced Kitchen Crew members to join our high-volume kitchen operations.
We are seeking dedicated, hardworking, and passionate candidates from the Philippines to be part of our culinary team.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and cook food items according to standard recipes and established procedures.
- Assist with food preparation, chopping, marinating, and portioning.
- Ensure all kitchen equipment and workstations are clean, sanitized, and organized.
- Follow all food safety, hygiene, and HACCP guidelines.
- Receive and store food supplies properly using the FIFO method.
- Work efficiently under pressure during peak hours.
- Support the Head Chef and Sous Chef in daily kitchen operations.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Previous experience in a restaurant or hotel kitchen is preferred but not mandatory, as training will be provided.
- Physically fit to stand for long hours and work in a hot environment.
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including nights, weekends, and public holidays.
