We are hiring a **Sales Executive in Dubai** to join immediately.
This is a **commission-only role (no fixed salary)** with high earning potential based on performance.
The role involves selling AdaTech’s **educational programs, coding courses, robotics classes, workshops, and holiday camps** for children and teenagers.
Important Note
This is a commission-only job with no basic salary.
Immediate joining required.
About AdaTech
AdaTech Institute is a Dubai-based EdTech company offering hands-on learning in **coding, robotics, game development, electronics, and 3D design**, along with school programs, workshops, and holiday camps.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate leads and convert them into enrollments
- Promote courses, workshops, and camps
- Contact and follow up with parents and schools
- Conduct calls and meetings
- Achieve monthly sales targets
Requirements
- Sales or customer service experience preferred
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to join immediately
- Full-time in-office availability in Dubai
- Target-driven and motivated
Compensation
- 100% commission-based (no fixed salary)
- High incentives per sale
- Unlimited earning potential
