Role Overview

We are looking for high-performing, experienced Sales Executives who are native or fluent Chinese (Mandarin) and/or Russian speakers.

The ideal candidate brings a strong track record in B2B sales within the steel industry — or related commodities and international trading sectors.

This is a performance-driven role with an attractive base salary and an uncapped commission structure that rewards results.

Key Responsibilities

  • **Sales & Business Development:** Identify, pursue, and close new business opportunities with Chinese, Russian, and international clients across steel, commodities, and related trading sectors.
  • **Client Relationship Management:** Build and maintain long-term relationships with key buyers, importers, exporters, and trading partners in target markets.
  • **Negotiation & Deal Closing:** Lead commercial negotiations on pricing, terms, volumes, and contracts. Close deals with confidence and professionalism at senior buyer level.
  • **Market Intelligence:** Monitor market trends, pricing movements, competitor activity, and emerging opportunities in the steel and commodities markets.
  • **Pipeline Management:** Manage a structured sales pipeline — from prospecting to closing. Maintain accurate records in CRM and report weekly on progress against targets.
  • **International Trade Coordination:** Coordinate with operations, logistics, and procurement teams to ensure smooth order execution, delivery, and customer satisfaction.
  • **Target Achievement:** Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets. Drive daily sales performance toward company revenue goals.

Requirements

  • Native or fluent Chinese (Mandarin) and/or Russian speaker — this is essential
  • Minimum 3 years of B2B sales experience — steel industry strongly preferred
  • Related industries also considered: iron, metals, construction materials, commodities, raw materials, or international product trading
  • Proven track record of closing high-value deals and managing large accounts
  • Strong knowledge of international trade: Incoterms, LC, documentation, and logistics
  • Excellent negotiation, persuasion, and commercial communication skills
  • Proficient in CRM tools and Microsoft Office
  • UAE experience preferred — existing client network is a strong advantage
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Commerce, Engineering, or related field
