Overview
We are looking for an experienced Logistics & Shipping Specialist to join our trading company in Dubai.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate import and export shipments (Sea & Air)
- Negotiate with freight forwarders and shipping companies
- Prepare and review shipping documents (Invoice, Packing List, BL)
- Handle customs clearance coordination
- Monitor delivery schedules and shipping costs
Requirements
- 2–5 years of logistics experience
- Strong knowledge of Incoterms
- Experience in import/export operations in UAE
- Good communication and negotiation skills
Preferred
- Experience in steel or trading industry
- Ability to work under pressure
