The successful candidate will be responsible for expanding our presence in Russian-speaking markets, managing client relationships, and driving sales growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain relationships with clients in Russian-speaking regions.
- Identify new sales opportunities and generate business leads.
- Manage the complete sales cycle, including prospecting, negotiations, and closing deals.
- Communicate effectively with customers, suppliers, and partners in Russian and English.
- Prepare commercial offers, quotations, and business correspondence.
- Conduct market analysis and monitor industry trends.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure successful order execution and customer support.
- Meet and exceed sales performance goals.
Requirements
- Fluency in Russian and English (written and spoken).
- Experience in international sales, business development, or foreign trade.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, International Trade, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working with CIS or Russian-speaking markets.
- Knowledge of international trade and logistics processes.
- B2B sales experience and a proven track record of achieving targets.
