We are looking for an ambitious and proactive Russian-Speaking International Sales Representative to support our international business development efforts.

The successful candidate will be responsible for expanding our presence in Russian-speaking markets, managing client relationships, and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain relationships with clients in Russian-speaking regions.
  • Identify new sales opportunities and generate business leads.
  • Manage the complete sales cycle, including prospecting, negotiations, and closing deals.
  • Communicate effectively with customers, suppliers, and partners in Russian and English.
  • Prepare commercial offers, quotations, and business correspondence.
  • Conduct market analysis and monitor industry trends.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure successful order execution and customer support.
  • Meet and exceed sales performance goals.

Requirements

  • Fluency in Russian and English (written and spoken).
  • Experience in international sales, business development, or foreign trade.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, International Trade, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience working with CIS or Russian-speaking markets.
  • Knowledge of international trade and logistics processes.
  • B2B sales experience and a proven track record of achieving targets.
