Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Treasury / Banking Manager with a strong focus on banking relationships and corporate treasury operations.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing banking partnerships, optimizing cash flow, supporting funding strategies, and ensuring efficient treasury operations aligned with the company’s financial objectives.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain strong relationships with local and international banks
- Oversee daily treasury operations including cash management and liquidity planning
- Monitor cash flow forecasts and ensure optimal working capital utilization
- Negotiate banking facilities, credit lines, and financing arrangements
- Ensure timely execution of payments, transfers, and bank transactions
- Develop strategies to optimize interest income and minimize financial costs
- Handle banking documentation, compliance, and KYC requirements
- Support funding requirements for operational and strategic needs
- Liaise with internal finance, accounting, and audit teams
- Evaluate banking products and recommend improvements to financial processes
- Ensure compliance with internal policies and regulatory requirements
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field
- 5–8 years of experience in treasury, corporate banking, or banking relations
- Strong understanding of cash management, liquidity, and financial instruments
- Excellent negotiation and relationship management skills with banks
- Advanced Excel and financial reporting skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Excellent communication skills in English (Arabic is a plus)
- Experience in UAE/GCC banking environment is highly preferred
Preferred Skills
- Experience with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, etc.)
- Knowledge of corporate financing structures and credit facilities
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work under pressure
