We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Chinese-Speaking International Sales Representative to join our growing international trade team.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing business relationships, identifying new opportunities, managing client communications, and supporting international sales activities with Chinese-speaking markets.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and develop new business opportunities in Chinese-speaking markets.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with international clients and partners.
- Conduct market research and generate qualified sales leads.
- Manage the sales process from initial contact to contract negotiation and closing.
- Communicate with suppliers, customers, and business partners in Chinese and English.
- Prepare quotations, proposals, and sales reports.
- Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth order fulfillment and customer satisfaction.
- Attend virtual or in-person meetings with international clients when required.
Requirements
- Fluency in Chinese (Mandarin) and English (written and spoken).
- Previous experience in international sales, export/import, trading, or business development.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work independently and achieve sales targets.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and online communication tools.
- Experience with CRM systems is a plus.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, International Trade, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
Preferred Qualifications
- Existing business network in Chinese-speaking markets.
- Experience in B2B sales and international trade.
- Understanding of import/export processes and documentation.
