Location - Abu Dhabi

We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Team Leader – Indirect Real Estate Sales to drive sales through broker and channel partner networks.

The ideal candidate will have strong experience in real estate sales, team handling, and channel partner management, with a proven ability to build and maintain relationships with brokers and investors.

Exposure to Arabic nationals and an understanding of their preferences and business culture will be a significant advantage.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead, mentor, and manage a team of sales professionals to achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with brokers, channel partners, and real estate consultants.
  • Drive indirect sales through an extensive broker network and strategic partnerships.
  • Conduct regular broker engagement activities, meetings, presentations, and networking events.
  • Identify and onboard new channel partners to expand market reach.
  • Build and maintain relationships with Arabic investors and clients, understanding their investment preferences and requirements.
  • Coordinate with marketing and management teams to execute sales campaigns and promotional activities.
  • Monitor sales performance, prepare reports, and provide market intelligence and competitor analysis.
  • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and partner engagement throughout the sales cycle.
  • Support negotiations, deal closures, and documentation processes.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Real Estate, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in indirect real estate sales/channel sales.
  • Prior Team Leader or Sales Team Management experience.
  • Strong network of brokers, channel partners, and real estate consultants.
  • Experience dealing with Arabic nationals, investors, or GCC clients is preferred.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
  • Strong leadership and team management abilities.
  • Ability to work in a target-driven and fast-paced environment.
