Overview

A growing professional services organization is seeking a commercially driven sales professional to support the expansion of its consulting business.

This opportunity is suited to an individual with a strong track record in B2B services sales, who combines business development with consultative account management and is comfortable operating in a hands-on, entrepreneurial environment.

The successful candidate will be responsible for generating new business, managing strategic client relationships, expanding existing accounts, and contributing to the development of a structured, high-performing sales function.

Key Responsibilities

  • Business Development & Direct Sales -Identify, develop, and secure new business opportunities by selling customized and retained consulting services, building a strong sales pipeline, developing commercial proposals, and negotiating long-term service agreements.
  • Key Account Management - Manage and grow a portfolio of strategic client accounts by building long-term relationships, acting as a trusted advisor, and identifying opportunities to expand existing business through cross-selling and upselling.
  • Sales Operations & Team Development - Support the development and implementation of sales SOPs, sales processes, and structured ways of working while providing guidance to the sales team to improve consistency, efficiency, collaboration, and overall commercial performance.
  • Reporting & Performance - Prepare and maintain accurate sales, pipeline, forecasting, and KPI reports while monitoring opportunities, identifying risks, and ensuring disciplined CRM management and sales execution.

Candidate Profile

  • Fluent Arabic speaker with strong English communication skills.
  • Proven experience selling B2B professional services, consulting service or other retained service offerings, or ERP sales.
  • Demonstrated success in both new business acquisition and key account management.
  • Experience developing long-term client relationships and selling complex, solution-based services.
  • Exposure to indirect sales, channel partnerships, or referral partner management would be advantageous.
  • Strong commercial acumen with excellent presentation, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Highly organized with strong reporting, pipeline management, and CRM discipline.
  • Experience contributing to sales process improvements, SOP development, or sales enablement initiatives is highly desirable.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Law, or a related discipline is preferred.
