We are seeking a highly experienced
Legal Compliance Manager
for our client who is a leading FMCG principal company based in
Key Responsibilities
- Provide legal support and advice to various senior stakeholders in the business.
- Participate in the preparation of legal documentation related to the day-to-day management of the various operating entities.
- Provide legal advice and contribute to analyses relating to corporate governance issues, dispute resolution, and other legal matters.
- Work closely with internal stakeholders to maximize negotiations and minimize risk.
- Review and negotiate commercial contracts with clients, partners, suppliers, and other third parties.
- Cooperate with various government bodies to ensure compliance with laws and regulations.
Key Requirements
- Demonstrated experience in contributing to the legal framework in large-scale greenfield manufacturing operations.
- Strong knowledge of corporate law, contract law, and other relevant legal areas.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
