They are seeking to hire a commercially driven
Key Focus Areas
- Own brand strategy with full P&L accountability
- Translate marketing investments into revenue and margin growth
- Drive ROI across marketing and trade spend with disciplined budget control
- Partner closely with Sales, Trade Marketing, and Principals to deliver performance
- Leverage data and consumer insights to unlock commercial opportunities
- Ideal Profile
- **FMCG experience (Food or Non-Food)**
- Strong commercial acumen with proven P&L ownership
- Track record of linking marketing to revenue, margins, and ROI
- Experience in trade spend optimization and performance tracking
- Background in a multinational setup with strong stakeholder management
- **Open to Arabic-speaking candidates**
