Drive day-to-day sales activity, strategic growth, and partner satisfaction.
Serve as a primary point of contact for partners and merchants, supporting operational excellence and revenue growth.
What you'll do
- Present Careem marketplace and delivery solutions to prospective merchants.
- Generate leads through cold calling, field visits, referrals, and networking.
- Negotiate commercial terms, commissions, promotions, and partnership agreements.
- Meet monthly and quarterly sales and merchant acquisition targets.
- Onboard merchants and coordinate activation with internal teams.
- Maintain CRM records, sales reports, and pipeline updates.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activity to identify opportunities.
- Collaborate with Operations, Marketing, Finance, and Account Management.
What you'll need
- 3+ years of experience in sales, business development, merchant acquisition, FMCG, retail, e-commerce, or food delivery.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills; able to work independently and meet targets.
- Comfortable with field sales and in-person business meetings.
- Good knowledge of the UAE retail or merchant market is advantageous.
- English is usually required; Arabic can be an advantage.
- Valid UAE driving license.
Work arrangement
- Work four days a week in the office and one day from home.
- Remote work from any country is available for 30 days a year.
