Sales Executive responsible for day-to-day operations, strategic growth, partner satisfaction, and revenue performance across delivery.
The role serves as a primary point of contact for partners and merchants.
What you’ll do
- Present Careem’s marketplace and delivery solutions to prospective merchants.
- Generate leads through cold calling, field visits, referrals, and networking.
- Negotiate commercial terms, commissions, promotions, and partnership agreements.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales and merchant acquisition targets.
- Onboard merchants and coordinate internal teams for successful activation.
- Maintain CRM records, sales reports, and pipeline updates.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activity to identify opportunities.
- Work with Operations, Marketing, Finance, and Account Management.
What you’ll need
- 3+ years of experience in sales, business development, merchant acquisition, FMCG, retail, e-commerce, or food delivery.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills; able to work independently and meet targets.
- Comfortable with field sales and in-person meetings with businesses.
- UAE retail or merchant-market knowledge is an advantage.
- English is usually required; Arabic can be an advantage.
- Valid UAE driving license.
Work arrangement
- The schedule is four days a week in the office and one day from home.
- The role involves field visits and in-person meetings with businesses.
- The posting also offers remote work from any country for 30 days per year.
