What you'll do
- Manage a portfolio of restaurant partners and maintain strong relationships and satisfaction.
- Drive partner performance through business reviews, data insights, and strategic recommendations.
- Collaborate with Operations, Marketing, and Product teams on growth initiatives.
- Resolve partner concerns promptly and monitor performance metrics to identify improvements.
- Support onboarding and training of new partners.
- Advocate internally for partner needs and work with teams to improve the platform.
What you'll need
- 2–4 years in account management, partner success, business development, or similar roles; tech, e-commerce, or F&B experience is preferred.
- Proven ability to manage external stakeholders and influence decisions.
- Strong analytical skills, including Excel or Google Sheets proficiency and data interpretation.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Problem-solving mindset, bias for action, and continuous-improvement orientation.
- Ability to work cross-functionally in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, or a related field.
Work arrangement
- Work in the office four days a week and from home one day a week.
- Work remotely from any country for 30 days a year.
