Role overview
Account Manager for Careem's Food team in the UAE, based in Dubai.
Own and nurture restaurant partner relationships, improve partner performance and operational metrics, and drive initiatives benefiting partners and Careem.
Responsibilities
- Manage a portfolio of restaurant partners and maintain strong relationships and satisfaction.
- Use business reviews, data insights, and strategic recommendations to drive partner performance.
- Collaborate with Operations, Marketing, and Product on growth initiatives.
- Resolve partner concerns promptly and monitor performance metrics to identify improvement areas.
- Support onboarding and training for new partners.
- Advocate for partner needs and coordinate platform improvements with relevant teams.
Requirements
- 2–4 years in account management, partner success, business development, or a similar role.
- Technology, e-commerce, or food and beverage sector experience is preferred.
- Demonstrated ability to manage external stakeholders and influence decisions.
- Strong analytical skills, including Excel or Google Sheets proficiency and data interpretation.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills; problem-solving mindset and bias for action.
- Able to work cross-functionally in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, or a related field.
Workplace
- Work four days a week in the office and one day from home.
- Remote work from any country is available for 30 days per year.
