Job Summary
The Business Setup Sales Consultant is responsible for generating leads, advising entrepreneurs and investors on UAE company formation options, and closing business setup deals.
The role requires strong knowledge of mainland, free zone, and offshore company formation, visa processes, and government regulations.
Key Responsibilitiessales & Business Development
- Generate new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, referrals, and digital channels.
- Conduct consultations with clients regarding company formation and licensing requirements.
- Understand client business activities and recommend suitable jurisdictions.
- Prepare proposals, quotations, and service agreements.
- Follow up on leads and maintain a healthy sales pipeline.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Business Setup Consultation
- Explain Mainland, Free Zone, and Offshore company structures.
- Guide clients on investor visas, employee visas, and family sponsorship.
- Advise on trade licenses, corporate bank account opening, VAT registration, and compliance requirements.
- Stay updated with UAE government regulations and business setup policies.
Client Relationship Management
- Build and maintain strong client relationships.
- Provide exceptional customer service throughout the setup process.
- Coordinate with operations and PRO teams for smooth service delivery.
- Obtain referrals and repeat business from existing clients.
Crm & Reporting
- Update client information in CRM.
- Track sales activities and pipeline status.
- Submit weekly and monthly sales reports.
- Monitor conversion rates and sales performance.
Requirementseducation
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
Experience
- 2–5 years of sales experience.
- Experience in UAE business setup, corporate services, banking, insurance, or B2B sales preferred.
Skills
- Strong sales and negotiation skills.
- Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
- Knowledge of UAE visa and company formation processes.
- CRM proficiency.
- Target-driven and self-motivated.
Languages
- English (Required)

- Monthly sales revenue target.
- Number of new clients acquired.
- Lead-to-conversion ratio.
- Client retention rate.
- Number of consultations conducted.
- Customer satisfaction score.
- Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED4,000.00 per month
