Beauty Sales Supervisor (Beauty Clinic)

Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and motivate the sales team to achieve individual and store sales targets.
• Deliver exceptional customer service and create memorable shopping experiences.
• Coach, train, and develop beauty advisors on product knowledge, sales techniques, and customer engagement.
• Monitor daily sales performance and implement action plans to maximize revenue.
• Ensure product displays, merchandising standards, and store presentation are maintained at all times.
• Manage stock availability, replenishment, and inventory control activities.
• Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and escalations professionally.
• Monitor competitor activities, market trends, and customer preferences within the beauty industry.
• Support promotional campaigns, product launches, and in-store events.
• Prepare sales reports and provide performance feedback to management.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Business, Retail Management, Marketing, or a related field.
• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in beauty, cosmetics, skincare, fragrance, or luxury retail sales.
• At least 1–2 years of supervisory or team leadership experience.
• Strong understanding of beauty products, skincare routines, and customer consultation techniques.
• Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and retail POS systems.

Preferred Skills

• Experience in luxury beauty, skincare, fragrance, or premium retail brands.
• Strong client relationship and customer retention skills.
• Ability to analyze sales data and identify growth opportunities.
