About This Role

Job Summary

We are looking for a proactive and organized Facilities Coordinator to oversee daily facility operations and ensure smooth maintenance and support services within the organization.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate daily facilities operations and maintenance activities
  • Monitor cleaning, security, and building maintenance services
  • Handle vendor coordination and follow up on service requests
  • Ensure all facility issues are resolved promptly
  • Maintain records of maintenance schedules and reports
  • Support office administration and operational requirements
  • Conduct regular inspections to ensure workplace safety and cleanliness
  • Coordinate with technicians and external contractors when required
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and safety standards

Requirements

  • Previous experience as a Facilities Coordinator or similar role preferred
  • Good communication and coordination skills
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks and work under pressure
  • Basic knowledge of maintenance and facility operations
  • Proficiency in MS Office applications
  • Immediate joiners preferred

Visa Requirement

Candidates must have their own visa

& Benefits

  • Salary: To be discussed during interview
  • Other benefits as per UAE labor law
  • Pay: AED2,500.00 per month
