Overview
We are looking for an experienced **Sales Executive** with a strong background in the **Block Factory / Concrete Products Industry** to join our team.
Requirements
- Male candidates only
- Minimum **6 years of sales experience** in a Block Factory, Concrete Products, Interlock, Kerbstone, or related construction materials industry
- Proven track record in achieving sales targets and generating new business
- Strong knowledge of the UAE construction market
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and client relationship management skills
- Valid UAE driving license is preferred
- Ability to work independently and handle multiple client accounts
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain relationships with contractors, consultants, and project owners
- Identify new business opportunities and generate sales leads
- Prepare quotations, follow up on inquiries, and close sales deals
- Achieve monthly and annual sales targets
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities
- Coordinate with production and operations teams to ensure timely delivery
