We are seeking an experienced and dependable Housekeeping & Facilities Supervisor to oversee daily cleaning operations, supervise housekeeping staff, and coordinate with security personnel across our properties.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in real estate, property management, or facilities management, with hands-on experience in deep cleaning, move-in/move-out services, pest control coordination, and material management.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise housekeeping staff and coordinate effectively with security personnel.
- Plan, assign, and monitor daily cleaning activities to ensure operational efficiency.
- Conduct regular inspections to maintain high standards of cleanliness, safety, and presentation across all properties.
- Oversee deep cleaning, move-in/move-out cleaning, and routine housekeeping services.
- Coordinate pest control activities and liaise with external service providers.
- Supervise car wash and exterior cleaning services as required.
- Monitor inventory levels and ensure the proper use and storage of cleaning supplies, chemicals, equipment, and tools.
- Train and guide staff on cleaning procedures, safety practices, and company policies.
- Identify maintenance issues and report repair requirements promptly.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and company regulations.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Housekeeping Supervisor, Facilities Supervisor, or in a similar role.
- Strong knowledge of:
- General and deep cleaning procedures
- Move-in and move-out cleaning services
- Pest control coordination
- Car wash and exterior cleaning operations
- Cleaning chemicals, materials, and equipment
- Experience in real estate, property management, or facilities management is preferred.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent organizational and communication abilities.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple properties or tasks simultaneously.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous experience in real estate, property management, or facilities management.
- Knowledge of health, safety, and cleaning industry standards.
- Demonstrated leadership and supervisory experience.
- Valid UAE driving license is mandatory.
