Overview
We are looking for a Mid-Level Accountant with experience in the Real Estate industry to join our growing team in the UAE.
Job Responsibilities
- Handle daily accounting and financial transactions
- Prepare financial reports, invoices, and reconciliations
- Monitor accounts payable and receivable
- Maintain accurate financial records and documentation
- Assist with budgeting and monthly closing reports
- Coordinate with banks, auditors, and internal departments
- Ensure compliance with company policies and UAE regulations
- Support real estate-related accounting activities, including leasing, property expenses, and tenant accounts
Requirements
- Minimum 3–5 years of accounting experience
- Previous experience in Real Estate is mandatory
- Good communication skills in English (written and spoken)
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting
- Proficient in MS Office and accounting software
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
Preferred
- UAE experience is an advantage
- Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
