Role
Drive new customer acquisition for financial services and value-added services, primarily personal finance and remittance products.
Key responsibilities
- Visit worker accommodations and corporate job sites to assist with personal finance applications, international transfers, and mobile recharges.
- Acquire customers for money transfers, bill payments, digital wallets, micro-lending, and personal finance products.
- Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly acquisition and revenue targets.
- Develop lead pipelines through field visits, referrals, community outreach, and digital channels.
- Explain features, pricing, exchange rates, fees, and benefits so customers can make informed decisions.
- Maintain CRM records of leads, conversions, and customer details; share market and customer feedback with Product and Marketing.
- Coordinate with Operations, Customer Support, and Technical Support to resolve queries and complaints.
Pay
- AED 3,500–4,000 per month.
Work location
- Work is in person; customer-facing field visits to worker accommodations and corporate job sites are required.
