HMI seeks a native Arabic-speaking Customer Service Representative for its Payroll Card Product.
The role is a first point of contact for customer queries and concerns, providing clear, fast, accurate, and empathetic support.
Key responsibilities
- Respond to Payroll Card Product inquiries by phone, email, and chat in Arabic and English.
- Resolve customer issues and complaints promptly, escalating complex cases as needed.
- Explain product features, account processes, and transaction details to Arabic-speaking customers.
- Maintain accurate customer interaction records and follow up as required.
- Coordinate with the Customer Service team to ensure consistent support.
- Identify recurring concerns and share feedback to improve customer experience.
Requirements
- Native Arabic speaker is essential, with strong written and spoken English.
- Two years of customer-service experience is required.
- Previous customer-service or call-centre experience; banking, fintech, or payments experience is preferred.
- Strong communication skills, patience, and a customer-first attitude.
- Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment.
