The role calls for commercial drive, UAE remittance market knowledge, partnership-building, acquisition leadership, and team management against measurable targets.
Key responsibilities
- Develop growth plans to increase remittance customers, transaction volumes, and revenue.
- Increase active users and repeat transactions through engagement, retention, and reactivation initiatives.
- Build employer partnerships and coordinate acquisition at worker accommodations and labour camps.
- Work with Marketing on targeted campaigns, promotions, and referral programmes.
- Track acquisition, transaction frequency, retention, and campaign ROI; use insights to improve performance.
- Monitor competitor offers, market trends, and customer feedback for growth opportunities.
- Coordinate with Operations, Customer Support, Product, and Compliance on onboarding and service delivery.
- Lead and coach the growth team, set priorities, and deliver monthly targets.
Requirements
- At least 5 years in remittance, fintech, payments, or banking, focused on business development and customer acquisition.
- Demonstrated success achieving customer growth, transaction volume, or revenue targets.
- Strong knowledge of the UAE remittance market and customer needs.
- Experience developing employer partnerships and managing field acquisition activities.
- Experience leading teams and managing performance against targets.
- Strong analytical, communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
- At least 2 years of direct sales experience and at least 2 years of banking experience.
Pay
- AED 10,000–12,000 per month.
Workplace
- Work is in person and involves travel within Dubai, Abu Dhabi, and other emirates.
