Field sales role focused on acquiring customers for personal finance, remittance, and value-added services.
The described products include money transfers, bill payments, digital wallets, micro-lending, and mobile recharges.
Responsibilities
- Visit worker accommodations and corporate job sites to assist with applications, money transfers, and mobile recharges.
- Prospect and acquire customers, and build a lead pipeline through field visits, referrals, community outreach, and digital channels.
- Meet monthly and quarterly customer acquisition and revenue targets.
- Educate customers about product features, pricing, exchange rates, fees, and benefits.
- Maintain CRM records of leads, conversions, and customer information.
- Share customer and market feedback with Product and Marketing teams.
- Coordinate with Operations, Customer Support, and Technical Support to resolve queries and complaints.
Pay
- AED 3,000–3,500 per month.
Work location
- Work is in person and involves visiting worker accommodations and corporate job sites.
Requirements
- Ability to conduct field visits to worker accommodations and corporate job sites to support customer applications and services.
- Ability to acquire customers for personal finance and remittance products, including money transfers, bill payments, digital wallets, and micro-lending.
- Ability to explain exchange rates, fees, product features, pricing, and benefits to customers.
- Ability to maintain accurate lead, conversion, and customer records in a CRM system.
