About the role

Key responsibilities

• Follow up on overdue payments by phone, email, and messaging.
• Negotiate payment plans and settlements under company policies; use skip tracing and collection tools to locate unreachable customers.
• Maintain accurate activity, commitment, and follow-up records; coordinate with Sales, Billing, Customer Support, and Finance to resolve disputes.
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports; identify high-risk or non-responsive accounts and escalate them for legal or action review.
• Comply with policies, data privacy, and regulatory requirements, and communicate professionally and ethically with customers.

Requirements and qualifications

• High school or diploma is the stated minimum education; a bachelor's degree is preferred.
• The description lists a minimum of two years in collections, banking, credit control, or customer service, and separately asks for at least one year as a UAE collections or recovery officer.
• Experience in fintech, financial services, or collection agencies is preferred; basic knowledge of UAE financial regulations is advantageous.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and collection management systems.
• Hindi is mandatory and working knowledge of English is required; Malayalam, Tamil, or Telugu is preferred.

Pay

• AED 4,000–4,500 per month.
