Position Overview
The Compliance Officer will help ensure operations comply with Central Bank of the UAE regulations and other relevant authorities.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop, implement, and maintain compliance policies and procedures aligned with CBUAE regulations and other relevant laws.
- Oversee and assist with client onboarding.
- Conduct sanctions screening of clients.
- Conduct AML transaction monitoring.
- Ensure anti-money laundering and counter-terrorist financing procedures are followed.
- Conduct investigations and report suspicious activities.
Qualifications
- A bachelor's degree in Finance, Law, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Experience in compliance or a related role within the financial services industry.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and integrity.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Relevant certifications such as CAMS are highly desirable.

Compensation
- Full-time position paying AED 4,500 to AED 5,000 per month.
