About This Role

Overview

We are looking for a dynamic and technically skilled

Sales Engineer

to join our growing team.

This role combines technical expertise with strong sales capabilities to deliver tailored solutions that meet customer requirements and support business growth.

The ideal candidate will work closely with clients, sales teams, and technical teams to develop solutions, prepare proposals, and support the full sales cycle.

Client Engagement & Pre-Sales Support

  • Identify customer needs and provide technical consultation
  • Support sales team in identifying new business opportunities

Technical Proposal Preparation

  • Prepare technical and commercial proposals
  • Deliver presentations and respond to RFPs/RFQs

System Design & Solution Engineering

  • Analyze customer requirements and design tailored solutions
  • Collaborate with engineering and operations teams

Vendor & Product Management

  • Coordinate with vendors and suppliers
  • Evaluate products and recommend best-fit solutions

Project Coordination

  • Act as a bridge between customers and implementation teams
  • Ensure timely and accurate solution delivery

Follow-up & Negotiation Support

  • Support sales negotiations with technical expertise
  • Clarify technical and commercial requirements

Market Research & Business Development

  • Monitor market trends and competitor offerings
  • Support business growth initiatives

Documentation & Reporting

  • Prepare technical documentation and reports
  • Maintain sales and project documentation

Qualifications

βœ” Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, IT, or related field

βœ” 2–5 years of experience in Sales Engineering / Pre-Sales / Technical Sales

βœ” Strong technical knowledge (Networking, Cloud, Software, Mechanical, or related fields)

βœ” Excellent presentation and communication skills

βœ” Ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders

βœ” Experience in proposal preparation and documentation

βœ” Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
