The Pre-Sales Engineer plays a key role in delivering Dahua Technology high-quality products, solutions, and services.
This position works closely with internal departments including Technical, Sales, Marketing, and Operations, while also engaging with external stakeholders such as distributors, system integrators, installers, end-users, and other clients.
The objective is to strengthen business performance, enhance the company’s reputation, and support sustainable business growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide technical support and consultation on all aspects of Dahua solutions to both sales teams and customers, including troubleshooting technical issues, coordinating with R&D teams, and supporting third-party integrations.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with distributors, system integrators, and installers, while gathering and communicating feedback on products and solutions.
- Ensure effective communication with headquarters regarding new product lines, technical updates, and ongoing support requirements.
- Conduct site surveys, customer demonstrations, training sessions, project support activities, and product presentations to promote Dahua solutions in the market.
- Support pre-sales activities by introducing new product features to channel partners, assisting customers with product selection, and collaborating with the sales team to achieve business targets.
- Deliver technical training programs for customer engineering teams to enhance their product knowledge and technical capabilities.
- Collect market intelligence, customer requirements, and product feedback, then coordinate with the product department to support product development and improvement initiatives.
- Provide project support by assisting customers with tender preparation and developing project proposals in accordance with required standards.
- Support brand promotion initiatives by collaborating with the Marketing team to develop customer-focused promotional materials and business development activities.
- Participate in onboarding and training programs for new technical staff to ensure familiarity with Dahua products, technologies, and solutions.
& Qualifications
- Valid local driving license.
- Minimum of 2–3 years of experience in a pre-sales or technical role within the fire industry or low-current systems industry.
- Strong technical knowledge of low-current systems.
- Excellent customer service, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Practical experience and strong professional knowledge in the military field will be considered an advantage.
- Ability to work effectively under pressure and manage multiple priorities.
- Fast learner with the ability to quickly adapt to new technologies.
- Positive, proactive, and solution-oriented attitude.
- Willingness and ability to travel when required.
- Strong communication skills in both English and Arabic.
