Job Summary

We are looking for a dynamic and target-oriented Sales Engineer – Acoustic & Fit-Out to join our team in Al Quoz, Dubai. The ideal candidate should have experience in acoustic solutions, interior fit-out, partitions, ceilings, wall panels, or related construction products, with strong technical sales and client management skills.

Key Responsibilities

• Generate new business opportunities for acoustic and fit-out projects across the UAE
• Promote acoustic solutions, wall panels, ceilings, partitions, fit-out products, and interior solutions
• Meet clients, consultants, architects, contractors, and interior designers to understand project requirements
• Prepare technical and commercial proposals, quotations, and project presentations
• Follow up on inquiries and negotiate contracts to close sales successfully
• Coordinate with estimation, design, and project teams for project execution
• Conduct site visits, project inspections, and client meetings when required
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients and key stakeholders
• Achieve monthly and annual sales targets
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and upcoming project opportunities

Requirements

• 2–8 years of UAE experience in acoustic, fit-out, or interior project sales
• Strong knowledge of acoustic materials, interior systems, and fit-out solutions
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
• Ability to understand technical drawings and project specifications
• Proficiency in MS Office and quotation preparation
• UAE driving license is mandatory

Preferred Qualifications

• Existing client network with consultants, contractors, architects, and interior designers in the UAE
• Experience in project-based sales and technical coordination
• Immediate joiners preferred
