Qualifications and experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related engineering discipline.
- 5–10 years of relevant experience in Sales Engineering, Business Development, Tendering, Estimation, Proposal Engineering, or Project Engineering.
- Oil & Gas industry experience is preferred.
- Experience in valve maintenance, static equipment, rotary equipment services, shutdown projects, or maintenance contracts is preferred.
- Strong understanding of QatarEnergy and major Oil & Gas client requirements.
Sales and technical skills
- Proven technical sales, client relationship management, tendering, and proposal preparation experience.
- Ability to develop appropriate technical and commercial solutions based on client requirements.
- Proficiency in MS Office, Advanced Excel, ERP systems, and project planning tools.
- Strong communication, negotiation, presentation, analytical, problem-solving, business development, and market research skills.
- Ability to work with clients, vendors, subcontractors, and internal teams; strong attention to detail, organization, and time management.
Business development activities
- Identify and develop new business opportunities through business development and market research.
- Participate in client meetings, pre-bid meetings, site visits, and business development activities.
- Engage with clients to understand requirements and prepare technical and commercial solutions, tenders, and proposals.
Pay
- QAR 4,000–6,000 per month.

- Work location is in person.
