Role Overview
• Provide first-level technical support for hardware, software, and network-related issues.
• Assist in installing, configuring, and maintaining computer systems, software, and applications.
• Troubleshoot IT-related issues and ensure timely resolution.
• Support employees with system access, email configuration, and other IT-related queries.
• Maintain IT inventory records and technical documentation.
• Assist with routine system maintenance, software updates, and troubleshooting.
• Design recruitment flyers, job advertisements, and digital marketing materials.
• Prepare, update, and maintain the company's corporate profile, presentations, brochures, and other promotional materials.
• Assist with creating digital content for social media and other marketing platforms.
Pay: QAR2,500.00 - QAR3,000.00 per month

Requirements
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
- 1–3 years of IT support or similar technical support experience.
- Basic knowledge of computer hardware, software, networking, and operating systems.
- Strong problem-solving, communication, and organizational skills; ability to learn quickly and adapt to a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in Adobe, Figma, and Canva is required.
- Ability to design recruitment flyers, digital marketing materials, and corporate presentations.
Job responsibilities
