Results-driven Sales Engineer focused on electrical products and business development in Abu Dhabi.
Product range includes wiring devices, PVC conduits, earthing and lightning protection systems, with familiarity in advanced building systems.
Responsibilities
- Develop regional business opportunities and promote electrical infrastructure products.
- Build relationships with consultants, contractors, and decision-makers; provide technical support and product demonstrations.
- Identify customer needs and propose solutions involving lighting control, home automation, BMS, and ELV.
- Prepare quotations, technical submittals, and tender documents; coordinate timely delivery and project execution.
- Monitor market and competitor activity, meet sales targets, and support strategic growth.
Qualifications and experience
- Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering or a related discipline.
- Minimum 3–5 years of sales experience in the Abu Dhabi market.
- Strong technical knowledge of wiring devices, PVC conduits, earthing, and lightning protection systems.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills; proven client relationship and deal-closing track record.
Preferred experience and skills
- Familiarity with lighting control, home automation, BMS, and ELV is a strong advantage.
- UAE driving licence is preferred.
- Experience with MEP contractors, consultants, and developers in Abu Dhabi is preferred.
- Knowledge of ADDC, Estidama, or other local standards and experience with large commercial or industrial projects are preferred.
