Assistant FP&A Manager focused on financial planning, performance analysis, reporting, business insights, and AI transformation within FP&A.
Responsibilities
- Implement and enhance Power BI dashboards, automated management reports, financial and operational data models, SQL, and DAX measures.
- Automate reporting and improve FP&A processes through digital transformation and AI-enabled use cases.
- Coordinate annual budgets, forecasts, and long-term financial plans; analyze actual-versus-plan and prior-year variances.
- Analyze sales performance, revenue, volume, average selling price, gross profit, discounts, product mix, and profitability.
- Prepare flash and monthly management reports, executive dashboards, and KPI analysis; surface risks, opportunities, and corrective actions.
- Provide commercial insights and financial decision support; develop models, scenarios, and sensitivity analyses.
- Maintain data accuracy, integrity, and reconciliation, collaborating with Sales, Operations, Procurement, HR, and Finance.
- Apply AI to forecasting, predictive analytics, variance analysis, data interpretation, reporting, and repetitive FP&A activities.
Qualifications and experience
- At least 7 years of experience.
- CA, ACCA, or CMA qualification.
- Competence in SAP, Power BI, SQL, SAP Analytics Cloud, advanced Excel, and financial modeling.
