Role Overview
Join the Automotive team as a customer-focused CRM Executive.
Contact and follow up with interested leads, understand vehicle requirements, and convert interest into showroom visits and test drives.
Key Responsibilities
- Contact interested customers promptly and professionally through outbound calls and follow-ups.
- Understand vehicle requirements and purchase intentions and provide information about GWM vehicles, offers, and showrooms.
- Use communication and persuasion to encourage showroom visits and book or confirm appointments and test drives.
- Follow up with customers and scheduled appointments to improve attendance and minimize no-shows.
- Handle questions and objections and encourage customers to take the next purchase step.
- Coordinate with showroom Sales Executives for smooth customer handover.
- Record all interactions, follow-ups, appointments, and outcomes accurately in the CRM system.
- Manage assigned leads without unnecessary delays and achieve activity, engagement, appointment, visit, and test-drive KPIs.
Qualifications and Experience
- 2–4 years of experience in CRM, telesales, call centre, lead conversion, inside sales, or a similar customer-facing role.
- Strong telephone communication, customer engagement, and persuasion skills.
- Confidence making a high volume of outbound customer calls and follow-ups.
- Target-driven approach with the ability to handle objections and maintain consistent follow-up.
- Experience using CRM or lead-management systems is preferred.
- Automotive experience is advantageous but not mandatory.
- Good English communication skills; additional languages are advantageous.
