Sales Engineer - Electrical Division

Role overview

Required qualifications

• 5–8 years of UAE sales experience in electrical systems and solutions, including areas such as AC/DC systems, industrial batteries, generator control panels, protection relays, transformers, or substations.
• Strong technical knowledge of electrical power distribution and control systems.
• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering from a reputable university.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, customer relationship management, commercial awareness, and ability to understand client requirements.

Preferred qualifications

• Successful completion of the General Electrical Engineer Assessment Exam by TAQA is preferred.
• A valid UAE driving license is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Identify and develop new electrical-sector sales opportunities; promote and sell electrical products, systems, and engineered solutions.
• Understand customer technical requirements and coordinate suitable solutions.
• Build and maintain relationships with customers, consultants, and contractors.
• Work with division management, marketing, and proposal engineers on client-specific engineered solutions.
• Support preparation and follow-up of technical and commercial proposals.
• Monitor market trends, customer requirements, and competitors; support business development and sales growth.
