Project & Sales Engineer - Electrical Power Industry

Location and working arrangement

• The role is based in Dubai, UAE, and is on-site.

Role overview

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or Power Engineering.
• 3–5 years of relevant sales experience in the electrical power industry.
• Sales experience with some of the listed products: MV/LV switchgear, substations, transformers, AC/DC systems, T&D, or power generation.
• Good understanding of electrical power systems, protection and control systems, and related solutions.
• Fluency in written and spoken English.
• Strong communication, negotiation, client relationship management, business development, and sales capabilities.

Preferred qualification

• Previous experience working in the UAE or GCC market is preferred.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and develop electrical power industry sales and project opportunities.
• Promote power systems and solutions, including applicable switchgear, substations, transformers, AC/DC systems, T&D, and power generation equipment.
• Prepare and coordinate technical and commercial proposals; support tender reviews and submissions.
• Coordinate project execution and work with technical, commercial, and project teams to support delivery.
• Build client relationships, understand technical needs, recommend solutions, and support commercial discussions and negotiations.
• Contribute to business development and sales growth in the electrical power sector.
